Our organization is interested in sustainability of education, equipping its community, leaders and educators with capacities to sufficiently meet the needs of today’s students.
Leading Social Change is a non-profit organization, dedicated to developing research and solutions that empower leaders in education to lead in the face of social change and to lead organizations and its people in socially responsible ways.

Cause for Change is a think tank that convenes members of the community, educators and thought leaders to collect qualitative data through dialogue and reflective strategies that will be used to further research pertinent areas of inquiry.

Leading Social Change is dedicated to studying the ideas of people and the leadership practices of individuals championing progress in education to impact student persistence, capital building, and academic success.

We work to support and train leaders and educators across the United States who work directly with student populations.

Aspirational Frameworks
Transformational models that promote social responsibility in leadership inspire and inform the work of Leading Social Change. Our organization aligns with values-based approaches that usher social change in organizations. Quantitative and qualitative research methodologies further inquire how leadership can act as a cultural good to build navigational and social capital, supporting populations of people as they engage with complex systems like education.
We expand existing warranted paradigms in Leadership to conduct extraordinary research for the emergence of new paradigms to meet today’s challenges and issues.

Cause for Change (CFC) is a think tank composed of community members, educators and thought leaders across the United States who are dedicated to:
(1) Discussing Challenges that impede navigational and social capital building in an effort to better support populations of people as they engage with complex systems like education,
(2) Identifying Issues of Practice in education that can disproportionately impact impact student persistence, capital building, and academic success, and
(3) Imagine and Co-Create Equitable Interventions for research and practice that could overcome challenges to combat issues of practice faced by leaders and students in education.
